Kingdom Of Style

It's funny, I've hated my face since I was a kid. I literally detested my face up until my parents died, then I hated it less because every time I looked in the mirror I saw my mum and dad looking back at me, which has made it easier to live with how I look.

I knew this girl who HATED getting her photo taken and every time I had to take a picture of her she'd moan and kick and scream and I just thought every time, "get over yourself. No-one cares what you look like in photos" and then I realised I was exactly the same. I didn't want to be that girl, which is why doing the blog has actually been helpful as I have to confront the way I look on a weekly basis and now I'm totally over my face. It is what it is, and there is nothing I can do about it so I don't bother about it any more. I now see my face as being entirely functional - it merely serves to show emotions and to prevent the top of my head from slipping down to my neck! - Michelle

Oh Queenie x
That was sad, sweet and funny all at the same time.
My concerns are father time and gravity and I can do sod all about them...

Wow, Tilda is pretty much the splitting image of you! I must say, from the few little glimpses we have seen of your face, that you're doing pretty well where father time and gravity are concerned!
