It seems like most of the United Kingdom is under a blanket of white, with more snow piling up every day.
Although for once (touch wood) Central Scotland seems to have got off fairly lightly.
I don't know if it's the snow or just the dark days and overcast skies but I have been overtaken by an almost overwhelming desire to see some yellow.
I don't just mean sunshine, I mean bright yellow in my wardrobe.

And even more peculiar, I am longing to see it not just in my own wardrobe but in wardrobes all around me. It would actually bring a big smile to my face if I was to come across a boy wearing it.
This basic crew neck jumper is totally perfect. Clean and simple sunshine in a single sweater.
I also adore these trousers. Don't ask me why. I have no idea whatsoever. I know that to be true, because I have asked myself why, on more than one occasion!!!
It goes without saying that they should only wear sunshine on the top or on the bottom. Wear it all over and they are at riskof looking like a giant popsicle!
