I like a little nosey around online store Lost At E Minor as it sells some strange little things many of which would be great as gifts.
I came across it when I was searching for the Knockout Cosmetics matte black nail polish, which they happen to sell. I haven't worn black nailpolish since I was 13 but this black, which is completely and utterly without sheen, makes black worth revisiting. Modelled here by the beautiful Karen O of Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
These two finger rings are gorgeous. You can choose between a fox, a cat or a dog.
I naturally would choose the dog.
This trap necklace looks deadly. Thankfully no bears were harmed in the making of this necklace!
The series of felted bears by Japanese artist Suzuki Mariko are superbly cute. I especially like this pair sitting on the sofa.

I, along with I believe 5 other bloggers, one of whom is the beautiful Shini from Park & Cube (don't know who the others are), have been asked to create a DIY tutorial for the October issue of Vogue Girl Korea. It's due out mid September I think. I'll post the full tutorial on here when the mag is out, for those not able to get an actual copy.
I chose to create a DIY Lanvin neckpiece!
This DIY is amazingly easy and one I'd been thinking about since I saw these neckpeices. We had to style it up to 5 different ways so it'll be great to see what the other bloggers have created and how they've styled their creations.
As I said, I'll post the ingredients and full tutorial when it's finally out.

Obviously as the various fashion weeks approach invites to presentations, launches and shows start to come into the Kingdom inbox. Of course I can't go to any of them, but it does serve to introduce me to labels I am not that familiar with or are completely unknown to me.
The TwentyTen is an independent label I have heard about but don't actually know much about them other than it's designers comprise of David J. Krause, Jeff Dodd and Nina Zilka who met when they were studying fashion at Brooklyn’s Pratt Institute.
They create 'seasonless' collections which, to be honest, is the way I treat most of my clothes anyway, other than the very obviously winter items such as heavy coats; summer stuff simply gets layered up for added weight.
Their collections are numerically titled, so the forthcoming one is Collection Two and their previous is, quite obviously, Collection One.
Collection One was filled with striking shapes, black, chartreuse, subtle tie dye prints and little flashes of red.
Since I can't attend the presentation of Collection Two I shall have to rely on any other bloggers who also got the invite to post up images so I can see how they have developed their next seasonless collection.
