So! watching the new Star Trek movie, I had a disturbing, and most illogical thought...
I find the Young Spock strangely attractive!
On closer reflecttion, I think it's the shiny black fringe, the full lips and those stern eyebrows.
Most peculiar, most illogical!
As for the movie itself. It was exactly what I expected. An enjoyable fastmoving romp. But I confess, I felt a bit shortchanged. I would have enjoyed it so much more, if there had been more story set in The Academy itself. Seeing the training etc before they got to grips with The Enterprise itself. That may just be me. But hey ho.
Now if you will excuse me, I'm about to get beamed over to the kitchen for some tea and toast.

Fenke, I have never seen heros. So I just googled and I don't find him remotely attractive in real life. He is only working for me like this!!!

Hmmm, yeah maybe its the neatness of the hair? But I was just looking at the last photo and suddenly it somehow made me think of David Walliams (where did that come from? is it the eyebrows?) and now I really cant bring myself to look anymore!

Star Trek reigns. I pretty much love all space shows, movies. Z is an excellent Spock. I loved how the big screen captured a lot of action. I need to view it again.

I loved the star trek movie, I think every part was well played and though I had my doubts about Zachary Quinto playing a non bad character, he did spock very well and can't wait for the second.

No, it's the Spock, as the overabundance of fanfic devoted to Original Flavour Spock will attest. IMHO, Original Flavour Spock was even more devastating -- because he really DID deny his emotions. What could be more alluring than the man (er, alien) whose walls you WOULD be the person to finally break?
I think it was a big mistake, in terms of both the character and the hotness, to give New Spock a love interest.
