Christina

definitely cute.

Louise

Oh, aren't they sweet! And what a suspiciously long neck that girl has! Perfect for wearing a lot of books, I spose

WendyB

I've always loved miniature books...I've seen some incredible ones!

carlyjcais

I loooove this seller - been eyeing her pieces for some time. Still hemming and hawing over whether to buy one or a bunch - which look so great on the long-necked *mannequin* above.
Heh heh

Oh, how cute & quirky! LOVE it! Great price too!

Sal

I know about 29 English majors who'd go bjonkers for one of these necklaces.

Mie

I'm getting a distinct Harry Potter movie prop feeling here, but in a good way :D

Melanie

wowwww, i love it! soo original and i'm not even a big reader right now but i did work at a book store once :)

Tereza

wooo, it looks really great

JW

i love the way they look in a cluster, above! i would want the chains to be a tad longer, but as a bookworm myself i would definitely wear these with pride.

sue

ARGH! Amazing! As a final year PhD literature student it was be INSANE not to have one, right? And as it happens I have some scraps of leather at home crying out for a DIY project...and some ivory paper...and some ink for marbling...

i know what I'll be doing tonight!

WOULD be. Yep, not the post to start making foolish typos. Pride comes before a fall, eh?

Louise, thats a plastic neck - its a mannequin hehehe!
Sue, you owe it to yourself to have this necklace.

meredith

i saw these at the renegade craft fair in williamsburg, brooklyn a few weeks ago. SO charming in person. they're absolutely gorgeous.

Isabel

Those are magnificent! The literary nerd in me really wants one.

You won't want to wear it, but going back to the initial preimise of too-big too-heavy, you should get an eBook. I've had the Sony one since it first came out in the US and will never look back. I can carry the equivalent of 60 books in a device the size of a small paperback. That's much better than having to carry a bunch of books for a three-week trip. Or there's the Kindle - I don't like the design as much but it has the advantage of not needing a PC to download. Sadly, not everything that's published comes out as an eBook but I haven't run out of reading matter yet.

Queen...
Your nipple is visible :)

Queen Michelle

Lee, unless I have turned into a plastic mannequin - that ain't my nipple!!

RoxyBlue

Fun :)
