Bitching & Junkfood

Why oh why must all these amazing shops open up when I am set to be joining the dreaded dole queue once more? Shopping Gods - do you hate me? Maybe you are just trying to teach me a lesson about consumption blah blah blah. I don't care. I will lie on the floor and kick and scream and have a tantrum until I get me own way whilst wailing "it's so UNFAIR!".

Ok, maybe not.

Or if I did I would hope my Prince to shake me back to reality and tell that there are more important things than shopping and to stop feeling sorry for myself.

None the less, I had a slightly quiet, inward tantrum seeing a new online shop called Bitching & Junkfood selling 80's and 90's clothing which have often been customised by the talented Marion, owner of the shop.

If it's 90's denim you're after (and I know ALOT of you are) then Bitching & Junkfood has plenty, as well as lots of slouchy 80's teeshirts, florals and cherry picked trend-led pieces.

Marion's approach is one of humour. There will also be items up for grabs for free!

"Yes, you read it right, there will be items you can nab for free. No we're not telling you how: right time, right page, sticky fingers at the ready. It's totally free, no postage, no packaging, sealed with a kiss – times are tough, we're all broke, life's too serious, let's have a laugh."

There is also a selection of none vintage items to be bought as well as Marion's own jewellery pieces which have been featured in Fashion156.

Now if you excuse me I'm off to have my tantrum....
