At last my Underground winkle pickers came and I must say it was well worth the wait as they are glorious. Glorious and exceptionally comfortable. I cannot believe that for years I have suffered in many pairs of hideously uncomfortable pickers when I could have been walking in these bad boys.
I am wearing them with a very simple outfit today: Horace dress/t-shirt, All Saints jeans and sequin tuxedo (although I did end up just shoving on my biker jacket in the end).
All I need is for my Tristan Blair wedges to arrive next month and my shoes needs are pretty much sorted for summer.
