Because these red shoes are far from anything Dororthy would have worn.
At last my Underground winkle pickers came and I must say it was well worth the wait as they are glorious. Glorious and exceptionally comfortable. I cannot believe that for years I have suffered in many pairs of hideously uncomfortable pickers when I could have been walking in these bad boys.
I am wearing them with a very simple outfit today: Horace dress/t-shirt, All Saints jeans and sequin tuxedo (although I did end up just shoving on my biker jacket in the end).
All I need is for my Tristan Blair wedges to arrive next month and my shoes needs are pretty much sorted for summer.

Horace tunic looks cool...can see why it's womens only, second you roll it up you lose the graphic...as it stands, i'm currently sat in my new Damir Doma oversized-double layer white wool shorts & hooded oversized cardigan...jealous? you bet you are! girls could totally wear these two items as well!

Moi, I actually bought the striped version of the tee (with the curved hems) but it was proper t-shirt length.
I have tucked the front of this one into my jeans and alot of the print is still really visible, but then my jeans are obscenely low cut.

i bought a pair of boots virtually identical to those minus a slightly different heel and obviously a different brand, at a thrift shop a few days ago for $6.00... needless to say it was a very very good day.
