As Queen Marie mentioned, we were blessed with two wonderful gifts from Marie-Claire and baby Meabh. They toiled and toiled and made us some incredible, beautiful headpieces.
Queen Maries is like a delicate wing of a dove whilst mine is a huge, over-the-top plumage! I have often spoke about wanting a big showgirl headpiece and Marie-Claire and Meabh made my dream come true.
When Queen Marie brought it down on Saturday I wore it immediately. I cooked sausages wearing it, I watched Minder wearing it, I let the dogs out for a pee wearing it and I sat in my PJ's after a bath wearing it! Hell, I'm wearing it right now!
The colours are amazing with blacks, blues, greens and hints of gold. It really is perfect. Thank you Marie-Claire and Meabh - you made two Queens very happy indeed.
