When I was looking at Felipe Oliveira Baptista's latest collection at first all I could think was that it looked liked an Eley Kishimoto and BHS love child! But once I got over the initial head scratching I have completely fallen head over heels in love with the candy colours, the mixed prints and the those fabulous dresses which have a bit of everything chucked on them for good measure.
There is also a bit of Marni in there with the colour mixture. Whilst I don't think it's his best work, I certainly think it's brave, fun and shows off his playful side to great effect.
For me, one test of a great collection is one which has me questioning it, squinting at it and scratching my head, then later realise I haven't stopped thinking about and have become completely obsessed. This is one of those.

I really like the dress that has a stained glass sort of effect. It's really eye-catching.

I can really see the BHS element! odd fusion, which at first repulsed me but then slowly grew on me! Like most men...

WoW! all of those colours are so gorgeous, I definitely love the mix and coordination of lots of white with a touch of bright. Thanks for sharing, my eyes are happy now :D
