Oodles Of Pudel
I think we can all agree on my penchant for clothes which are a bit sombre, a teeny bit goth infused even. I simply cannot escape it. I occasionally fight it by playing with pink or frolicking in florals, but dark generally wins the day.
For all these reasons, and my undying love for Rick Owens, I simply love Swedish label Pudel, designed by Lina Österman. I am very excited that they finally have an online shop where I can at last buy their wares.
The SS08 collection, which is up at the moment, is a quite Owens-esque but without the terrifying prices. Strappy jersey tops, an incredible knitted jacket (although it looks like a cardigan to me) and some fabulous unisex pieces. So if your boy is into that type of clothing make him buy it, you then steal it from him and it costs you nothing. Result all round, eh?

Gorgeous creations and wonderful designs.

Was looking at this stuff the other day. I love it! Affordable too.
Strangely I literally JUST posted on a very similar theme (dark winning over florals etc). Snap.

oh god, i think i'm in love. D:
i think you'd also like Lamilla, i posted a bit on them a few days ago. They're not this DARK but I think the styling and individual pieces can easily be paired with this.

Oh wow. I love that sheer shirt-dress. It's so lovely.

I love how the detail blends into the pieces, but stand out due to texture. I prefer dark colours as well..the brighter side of the colour spectrum tends to being to make me a bit jumpy (not very handy for these warmer months I assure you).

Awesome, all around. Lately I'm sick of cute, pretty and frou frou, and VERY over high maintenance (as if I were ever into it, hehe, I don't remember when is the last time I ironed anything..) And all I've been wearing is cotton and viscose jersey and soft knits and my biker jacket.. Can't beat the comfort and sleekness and easy care!!
