You know how there are some things that make your heart skip a beat when you find them? Well I'm about to show you something that will make some of you, not all but some, have a beat skip moment.
I have a bit of a thing for spats, and Queen Marie very kindly pointed me in the direction of Posso The Spat. Well as my hunt continued I discovered something that crosses my love of spats with my new found adoration of Marie Antionette - historical, frivolous, nostalgic and downright stunningly beautiful, over-the-top spats!
Whether you're feeling a bit Russian Princess, Victorian Lady or French Queen, there is a spat to match. German talent Maide handmakes them all and how could you not feel totally special wearing these? If I had a pair of these I would float around the house in historical costume, eating macaroons and feeling as a Queen should!
Just looking at these has cheered my day no end. Bliss.
